Service Description

Live Guest Illustrations are such a unique personalized party favor & event entertainment for your guests in a timeless and artistic way. Here's how it works: 1. Setting up the station: client must provide table & chairs for artist to set-up. Stellar live painting staff finalizes area set-up upon arrival with signage & painting supplies. 2. Guest photo session: Guests interested in having their portrait painted can approach the painting station. Our assistant will take a photo of the guest, capturing their likeness and unique features. This photo will then serve as a reference for the artist to create their illustration. 3. Completion and display: Once the portrait is completed, it will be displayed for guests to admire. Guests can return to the painting station to pick up their finished portrait towards the end of the event. If unable due to time constraint, special arrangement can be made with your host for pick-up. Limitations: Guests cannot have multiple illustrations painted. This is to ensure that each event attendee is able to have an opportunity to receive an illustration. For groups- the assistant will limit the number of guests to no more than 4 people at a time due to the size of our paper. These unique keepsakes take an average of 8-10 minutes per character to create. Consisting of a full or half body fashion sketch style portraits in watercolor medium and marker on card stock with clear plastic sleeve protector. $350/ HOUR (artist’s & assistant) minimum of 3 hour booking approximately 7-9 GUESTS PER HOUR • Additional Travel fee ($1/mile) for venues past 75 miles from artist location. • Event venues past 2 hours one way travel time requires overnight hotel accommodation. • Out of state event is a minimum of 2 night hotel accommodation + travel fee (flight & vehicle rental, open to other arrangements). • Additional Artists is $200/hr for a minimum of 4 hours • For accommodations- Client may book on behalf of artist or artist may find accommodations w/ stipend. • $500 retainer to secure booking.


Cancellation Policy

• non-refundable retainer of $500 is due upon signing contract. • 50% due for OUT OF STATE EVENTS. • Remaining balance due 1 week before event. • Payment can be made via PayPal invoice link to which will be emailed to the provided email address or with cash or check. TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS: • Events outside of 75mile radius from artist location will be $1/mile. • Overnight lodging to be provided by client for venue location that requires 2 hours (one way) traveling time or compensation of $200 for lodging stipend. Please discuss with artist for further details & arrangements. OUT OF STATE EVENTS. Travel costs may include airfare, vehicle rental or ride share cost & lodging for 2 nights.
