Service Description

Setup: The service provider will set up a designated painting area at the wedding venue, complete with easels, canvases, paints, brushes, and any other necessary supplies. The setup is usually done before the guests arrive at the event. 2. Introduction: A member of the service provider team will introduce the interactive guest painting activity to the wedding guests, explaining the concept and encouraging participation. 3. Instructions: Guests are invited to pick up a brush and contribute to the painting by adding their own unique touch. They can choose their colors, shapes, and designs to express their creativity on the canvas. 4. Collaboration: As guests paint, they can interact with each other, collaborate on different sections of the canvas, and create a cohesive artwork together. This collaborative process fosters a sense of community and connection among the guests. 5. Progress Monitoring: The service provider may offer guidance and assistance to guests as needed, ensuring that the painting progresses smoothly and that everyone has a chance to contribute. 6. Completion: Once the painting is completed, it is typically displayed at the wedding reception for all guests to admire. It can serve as a unique and memorable activity that brings guests together and creates a sense of unity and celebration. • $250/hr with a minimum of 3hrs. • Choice of canvas size • All materials included • Travel outside Palm Beach County, FL of 40-mile radius will be $1/mile to/from venue. Over two hours traveling require one-night lodging compensation of $150 or otherwise. Please discuss with artist for further details & arrangements on sleeping accommodations.


Cancellation Policy

• non-refundable retainer of $500 is due upon signing contract. • 50% due for OUT OF STATE EVENTS. • Remaining balance due 1 week before event. • Payment can be made via PayPal invoice link to which will be emailed to the provided email address or with cash or check. TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS: • Events outside of 75mile radius from artist location will be $1/mile. • Overnight lodging to be provided by client for venue location that requires 2 hours (one way) traveling time or compensation of $200 for lodging stipend. Please discuss with artist for further details & arrangements. OUT OF STATE EVENTS. Travel costs may include airfare, vehicle rental or ride share cost & lodging for 2 nights.
