Service Description

Live Guest Illustrations offer a unique, timeless, and artistic keepsake for your guests—an elegant blend of entertainment and bespoke artistry that elevates any celebration. ⸻ How It Works 1. Station Setup The client provides a table and chairs for the artist. Upon arrival, the Stellar Live Painting team completes the setup with our signage, art supplies, and display materials to create a polished illustration station. 2. Guest Photo Session Our assistant will photograph each guest, then send the image to the illustrator to begin their personalized illustration. 3. Completion & Guest Pickup Guests may return to the illustration station toward the end of the event to pick up their finished artwork. If a guest cannot return due to time constraints, arrangements can be made with your event host for pick-up. ⸻ Service Guidelines • One illustration per guest to ensure every attendee has the opportunity to receive a keepsake. • Group limit: Up to four guests per illustration due to paper size limitations. ⸻ Artwork Details Each illustration is created in a chic full-body or fashion-sketch style using watercolor and marker on 5.5” x 8” cold-press watercolor paper, presented in a clear protective sleeve. • Average Time Per Guest: 8–10 minutes • Estimated Production Rate: Approximately 7–10 guests per hour ⸻ Booking Details • Minimum Booking: 3 hours • Additional Travel Fee: $1.75/mile for venues beyond 50 miles from the artist’s location • Venues over 2 hours (one way): Overnight hotel accommodation required • Out-of-state events: Minimum 2-night hotel stay + travel fees (flight & rental car; alternative arrangements welcome) • Additional Artists: $200/hr (3-hour minimum) • Accommodations: Client may book directly or provide a stipend for the artist to secure lodging • Retainer: $500 non-refundable retainer required to secure your date
