Service Description

Live merchandise painting for private, corporate or in-store brand activations. Each piece is beautifully hand painted and can be combined with engraving. Perfect personalized gifts for weddings, corporate events, and more. • Minimum of 3 hour booking • Additional Travel fee ($1/mile) for venues past 75 miles from artist location. • Event venues past 2 hours one way travel time requires overnight hotel accommodation. • Out of state event is a minimum of 2 night hotel accommodation + travel fee (flight & vehicle rental, open to other arrangements). • Additional Artists is $200/hr for a minimum of 3 hours • For accommodations- Client may book on behalf of artist or artist may find accommodations w/ stipend. • $500 retainer to secure booking.

Cancellation Policy

• non-refundable retainer of $500 is due upon signing contract. • 50% due for OUT OF STATE EVENTS. • Remaining balance due 1 week before event. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: • There shall be NO refund of retainer after 48 hours from the signing of agreement. • If the artist is unable to fulfill the contract due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
