Service Description

The Guest Illustration Thank-You Package is a refined alternative to live guest illustrations. Instead of creating artwork during the event, each guest is photographed and their portrait is later transformed in our studio into an elegant, fashion-forward illustration. The result is a cohesive thank-you collection delivered after the celebration—allowing for greater consistency, detail, and artistic polish. Why You’ll Love It: This package offers a cost-effective and stress-free alternative to live illustrations, ensuring every guest receives a beautiful keepsake. It’s a wonderful way to express gratitude and leave a lasting impression. How It Works 1. On-Site Photo Capture Guest photos may be captured in one of the following ways: • For local events within Palm Beach County, a Stellar team member may attend the event exclusively to photograph each guest (additional $100), or • A designated member of your event staff may photograph guests and email the images to us following the event. 2. Studio Illustration After the event, all guest portraits are hand-illustrated in our studio in our signature style. This process allows for consistent quality, refined details, and a cohesive final collection. 3. Final Delivery Within 14 business days, you’ll receive: • 5” × 7” hand-drawn guest illustrations • Individual envelopes for each illustration • High-resolution digital files for printing, sharing, or archiving Pricing • $20 per guest (minimum 20 guests) • Shipping included • On-site photo capture by a Stellar team member (Palm Beach County only): + $100


Cancellation Policy

• non-refundable retainer of $500 is due upon signing contract. • 50% due for OUT OF STATE EVENTS. • Remaining balance due 1 week before event. • Payment can be made via PayPal invoice link to which will be emailed to the provided email address or with cash or check. TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS: • Events outside of 75mile radius from artist location will be $1/mile. • Overnight lodging to be provided by client for venue location that requires 2 hours (one way) traveling time or compensation of $200 for lodging stipend. Please discuss with artist for further details & arrangements. OUT OF STATE EVENTS. Travel costs may include airfare, vehicle rental or ride share cost & lodging for 2 nights.
