• $75 non-refundable retainer for Stellar Body Art bookings. • Retainer due within the next 72 hours to secure your reservation. To ensure the availability of your desired date and to avoid any potential conflicts, we kindly ask you to complete the retainer payment within the specified timeframe. • Remaining balance due on the date of the event. • Set-up area is to be provided by client. That means 6' table & 2 chairs for each artist. • In an event of natural disasters cancellations are refunded.
